This extensive strip-out and redevelopment project was designed to align with the high standards of one of Australia’s leading educational institutions. A standout feature was the use of solid Blackbutt timber for window and door frames, bringing warmth and natural elegance to the interior while enhancing durability and sustainability.

To address acoustic performance across high-traffic areas, Armstrong Widespan MetalWorks ceilings were installed throughout the main corridor, providing both function and a sleek architectural finish.
